We prefer a lean team with clear context over a large structure full of responsibility handoffs.
Decisions come from real problems found while releasing music, managing catalogues, and serving artists or labels.
We value people who can move independently but still know when to ask, share context, and request help.
Concise writing, readable processes, and honest expectations are more useful than communication that merely looks active.
